The machine park currently available can fabricate moulds and dies up to 2500x1500
mm and weighing up to 8000 kg.

The workshop has high-speed mills, CNC lathes, cutter head and wire mills, grinders
and many other rectification tools.

MOULDING AND DIE-CASTING

Since the creation of
this division the company philosophy has focused on customer satisfaction, primarily
viewed as supplying moulded articles of premium quality, offering good finishing
and mechanical properties, in addition to strict respect of delivery times.
The cutting edge technology implemented in the injection moulding plant, together
with the high levels of training of its technical staff, have enabled the company
to fully satisfy even the most complex demands of its customers.
The moulding division comprises press capacities of 50 to 250 ton, fitted with automated
product pickers that can produce moulded parts up to a weight of approx. 1200 g
(in ABS).
Moreover, to ensure that
the finished product has the highest standards in quality, a special area has been
designated to the final control and archiving of each production batch.
EUROSTAMPI Srl, thanks to its longstanding and well consolidated collaboration with
foremost companies operating in the die-casting sector, can also contract die-cast
parts in aluminium and Zama (zinc alloy), moreover guaranteeing excellent results
from both their technical and finishing standpoints.
